      -beautiful location -convenient location -warm and welcoming tight-knit team -fair CEO -free food at all times in the communal kitchen

      Cons

      Cannot think of any serious cons at the moment -parking is tough due to the downtown area, must get a parking permit which costs money -the building is shared with other people, so may not get the absolute privacy you'd like, but this is typical of smaller companies in the area. Not a big deal

      Pros

      - excellent compensation - great work culture - ability to work autonomously - management is amazing here - great benefits

      Cons

      It is difficult to come up with any cons for this company, but since I have to put one, I'd say that if you prefer larger companies with larger teams, meeting together at an office then this wouldn't be a great fit as we are primarily remote since the pandemic.
