Pros
Honestly no pros. This business is not run with any form of structure. They hire people on, provide them with inappropriate criticism and fire them as they please with no reasoning whatsoever.
Cons
Their culture is comprised of a few things: - Dog-friendly office, but be warned- don't bring your dog in too soon, as they will take this as you being too comfortable and as a result will not like you - Teams within the business literally do not interact. The retail team are all friends and actually socialize, whereas the rest of the business isolate themselves as though they are better than everyone else - They say you can work from home and are flexible, but they shame you for taking a day off. Additionally, if you're sick, you better be working at home from your death bed - When you are invited into brainstorms (as an entry level employee) you better not provide your strategic and creative opinions and keep quiet, as they find this very 'off-putting' - Although they describe their office to be very fun, warm, laidback and welcoming, this actually isn't the case considering their agency structure and decor choices are the complete opposite. (ie. NEVER sit on the couch or bean bag chairs to relax when doing your work. They will also find this very 'off-putting' and most-likely fire you as a result - As a new employee, they also find it very 'off-putting' when you find that there are new and more efficient/ organized ways to do things versus their process. WARNING: DO NOT SUGGEST NEW PROCESSES- YOU WILL GET FIRED. Additional notes: Compensation is very low, and benefits are terrible.
