Imho, joining a company at the growth stage is the best scenario for any employee with a solid background and domain expertise who is also eager for the freedom to grow and take on more responsibility upon delivering good results. I found all this in the Influ2 marketing team, and I know this is a company-wide policy. Marketing, sales development, and sales are well-aligned, with everyone understanding the priorities. Plus, the people are friendly and supportive.
