Inflow is the exact opposite of your standard 9-to-5, run of the mill office environment. Excellent culture, excellent benefits, and a team of knowledgable yet down-to-earth people. Everyone is respectful (as far as I know) of each other and we're always quick to celebrate our successes together. Upper management genuinely cares about the staff and helping them learn and grow. Great work/life balance. Overall, a very positive work environment.
