Worst company I have ever worked - Anonymous employee Inflight Dublin Employee Review

Nothing good about my experience there.

Management encouraged harassment to “keep staff on their toes.” I worked the jobs of two people for 8 years on minimum wage with minimal bonuses or raises, and sick days were deducted from annual leave. I was unfairly let go while the person I trained, who had only been there 9 months, was kept vs my 8 years. My redundancy was minimal and only paid after threatening legal action. The company is unethical, unprofessional, and run by stingy, tyrannical leaders. The experience caused me a nervous breakdown.

Inflight Dublin provides a supportive and friendly environment for those starting their careers. The team is collaborative, and there are many chances to develop new skills and gain valuable experience. It’s been a strong foundation for my professional growth.

While there are many learning opportunities, clearer communication about career progression and development paths would help employees feel more confident about their future here.
