Cons
The 5-day “vetting” is paid, but only if your work passes their 99% threshold. If you fail, you get only PHP 300/day (~$5) as a “stipend.” That’s basically a polite way to pay near-nothing if they reject you. It’s not a scam, but the odds and standards are in their favor, not yours. They can drop you early under the “Trial Period” clause with no notice.
