Great people, very trusting and lets you do the projects how you see fit

A little intimidating at first, but nothing else to complain about since everyone was welcoming

Family friendly workplace. Vacation days are not tracked and working from home is widely accepted. Great people. The employees were very helpful and fun to be around. I learned a lot from spending time at the office. No unnecessary bureaucracy. I spent no time in meetings that I felt was unnecessary and if you want to do something, you can usually try it out and see how it works.

I don't think Inflectra would be good for people who hate a positive workplace and despise flexibility. Seriously, Inflectra is a great place to work!
