Honest and caring owners that would rather do things right even if it takes more time or more resources to do it. Doors are always open, even for taking with the CEO or any other high executive. They are fair and objectives; they really care about creating a great environment for their employees to grow.

The company is a medium size and growing company and is a little in the conservative side so they are still figuring it out grow paths for Tech Leaders, Principals and above.
