Pros
Coworkers are great and extremely good at what they do. Health plan is second to none.
Cons
Being in the Energy sector there is a great deal of volatility in revenue which has resulted in massive layoffs. New management has taken over which appears to be more concerned with short term goals rather than long term investment.
