      Inflection AI is driven and passionate about the work that they do. They care about their employees and foster a great culture.

      Cons

      Inflection AI underwent an acquihire deal with Microsoft and had to build themselves back from the ground up. It's difficult to do this in such a fast paced environment, but they've done a great job at it.
