Pros
They pay on-time. They are professional. More of a family business mentality [40 people] with good intentions for their employees. Solid private insurance. Good office locations at Athens and Thessaloniki.
Cons
1] Very strict, complicated NDA and also non-compete forms. Non-standardised. Most Greek and European courts will be confused. 2] Low wages, no plans for bonus, commision, incentives etc. More confusion for employees. 3] HR have too much interference in Sales, MKT, engineering. PR, jack of all trades.
