Pros
Work from home, depending on the team you can travel alot too. Really flexible and easy work usually (unless the customer is difficult).
Cons
Management is clueless. So many negative changes over the years that hurt employees and customers. SAAS product is absolute junk, other product is windows based and works well, but looks 30 years old. They just sold to a private equity that is gobbling up manufacturing software companies with the goal to eventually sell again or go public. It is a mess.
