Pros

Products when actually produced are decent quality. Employees do still care about authors, but have no power to help them. Art is overly enthusiastic and shrewd. A real cheerleader for the company and himself.

Cons

Art is embarrassing as a leader, ceo, and operations manager. In a short time, he has reduced the book orders turnaround times from delivering books in 2 to 4 weeks to 2 to 4 months. Did you want a book this christmas? Well, you should have placed the order in July! Doesn't pay his vendor bills which is the only reason why book orders are delayed. The authors are irate and complain but Art doesn't have answers because he doesn't take time to listen or fix anything. If he can turn off his ego and pay some bills, he might end up making things better.

I started here 4 years ago and this place was very different. Over the years with the guidance of Art Gutch we have really turned a corner. I'm so proud to be on this team of exceptional people. I look forward to our continued growth and success.

Cons

Our building is a little out of date.

Pros

Infinity Publishing offers all writers a chance to become published authors. The team in the office support each other and are able to provide direct feedback to the CEO ensuring that all issues are handled and resolved in the fastest way possible. The sales team revolves around mutha success instead of competition ensuring a more comfortable and reassuring environment for all salespeople.

Cons

Infinity Publishing continues to grow quickly. While this is absolutely a positive item, there is always much to be done meaning our proverbial plates always remain full.
