      Pros

      Got own catering called ‘Dapur Infinity’. Can save money because lunch is cheap

      Cons

      Toxic environment with co-workers and management. The company and co-workers dont have any idea how SDLC works. No proper deployment. Every project when we done, there will be a new feature without any gap after we finish the project. There is no term of project finish. Got force to join company event that dont give any benefits for staff. Company dont even care with you stress and mental health. Per person got more than 5 projects to handle by your own without proper guidance. There is no proper ‘team’ term because you need to handle each project by your own. Low salary.

      Pros

      Good People to work with, pay is better than average in the industry, great equipment - mostly new. Part of you income is from Tips.

      Hours during some events are ridiculous, but they can't control the customers either.

      Cheap meals by company. That's all.

      Cons

      Bias management and supervisor. Check which division first before you join. Some hods are very selfish. They so scared if their staff is better than them. So they don't guide you anything. If your hod like you then okay, if they don't like you, better you resign. Not many ppl are helpful. Mostly very selfish. Not all ppl get bonus.
