Cons
Lack of strategic direction. Limited to no training provided on products and services. Limited to no real advancement in opportunities or growth. Growing dissatisfaction and unhappy customers. High management turnover. Aging equipment (laptops, servers, etc.) Limited investment in newer technologies and processes. Heavy and growing workload with little recognition (expected rather than appreciated). Confusing direction, has changed multiple times over last couple of years. Compensation has not been growing with the industry. Work life balance used to be great, but no longer a focus.
