Pros
Small staff allows you to build meaningful professional relationships. Challenging but fun environment to work in. All employees are willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it. Employee camaraderie is unmatched compared to any of my previous companies.
If you have no professional experience this is a great place to develop skills such as data-entry, time-management, multi-tasking, MS excel, communication skills, problem solving, etc.
Cons
Everything falls on the AM from start and finish which means you have to hold other departments accountable in helping with client issues.
Many changes in the company (due to it being in the healthcare industry) with little to no notice or time for proper preparation.
