      Decent salary, flexible schedule, good business development support

      Regional operations is sad joke. When presented with a problem (and possible solution), it’s not escalated or solved; brushed under the carpet. “Not in the budget” heard too much. Always blaming others for census problems instead of taking care of operation relevant issues.
