      Upper management disconnected from rest of the company. Only sales team seemed to be cared about. Let poor sales tactics fester within the sales teams.

      Nothing really, they try very hard to keep employees

      Cons

      The benefits are terrible, there is no training or anything to hold people accountable, Everyone is often left alone but not in a way that benefits the company
