      Growing marketing agency, fun place to work with great co-workers, work-life balance, owners have open door policy and take care of their employees. Great benefits and PTO!

      Small company with no career development in place. Deadline oriented, can be high stress. Small family feeling which can be a negative or positive.

      Really good job. Many decent and compassionate people. Lots of outstanding talent here. Family-oriented. Good salary and benefits.

      Cliquish, with some favoritism. DIY mentality at times, resulting in lack of delegation and processes not being followed.
