      have to work for low eq managers and they will push the blame and pressure to the lower level even if they have overlooked the projects themselves Do not expect to have more than 1 month bonus unless the management favours you Managers show favouritism and lack of objectivity

      1. Flat structure – easy to talk to partners directly 2. Pantry always well stocked 3. Great place to learn and grow – only realised how useful the experience was after joining a Big 4 4. Good colleagues 5. Competitive remuneration for small firm

      1. Peak period can get really busy 2. Some overseas clients need a lot of patience to communicate with 3. Overseas travel opportunities are limited and usually only given to seniors
