Middle management is a joke - IT Infinitt NA Employee Review

This is a great company to continue to learn and grow for motivated employees. Since the company is still small, there is a lot of room for new / future positions for advancement. They promote existing employees before hiring from the outside on many occasions and provide a wonderful culture. Supportive management and amazing CEO.

The normal growing pains that come with a growing company.

Ability to work remotely on a regular basis.

Low pay/benefits Poor management (a lot of which is held in the hands of a married couple who run the show…not to mention managers who are unqualified to be in mgmt positions) Unhelpful co-workers…they will throw you to the wolves and set you up for failure by not properly training or educating you for the tasks they assign to you.
