      Your office coworkers will make you laugh on the daily Any unused PTO is paid at the end of the year

      Cons

      Pay does not match workload. Job description is only a suggestion Nepotism and micromanaging is rampant throughout the company Growth is dependant on how much management likes you and not the work you put in HR is only a suggestion as they will not handle any workplace issues No clear communication as to work goals or progress

      Good place to work. Very efficient. Does not take long to build a caseload.

      Only offering fee-for-service at this time, even though the amount of time that is spent on the work is a lot.
