Pros

Start up atmosphere with long-term professional business clients and success. Very cool clients and projects. Awesome team - employees really get along and have fun. Fun work environment. Great life / work balance.

Cons

Honestly don't have any. I guess it would be neat to travel to more events and cool venues?

Pros

> A lot of the lower level employees and designers are really fun people both in and outside of work. We participate in a lot of fun brackets and go out with each other. > The studio is nice. > The subject matter of the work is cool if you like sports. > Office in Salt Lake City is a good HQ spot and a great city to live in. > Creative Director is fun to work with. He's one of the most creative geniuses I've ever had the opportunity to work under.

Cons

> One of the most horribly managed companies I've ever worked with both from an overarching point of view and also on the mid-level, and it's only getting worse. Some of the partners have questionable ethics, which is really too bad because some of them are great. They have been hiring tons of seemingly unnecessary middle management in the last few years and not enough designers which has lead to a bad workload and bad work-life balance. Most raises have been denied, then unqualified "bosses" hired to lead those people which in turn obviously upsets them. > Not very competitive compensation - average at best. And they are very misleading to employees about bonuses (friendly tip: if you are interviewing or negotiating with Infinite Scale and they offer you a low salary but tell you they'll give you bonuses or extra time off, etc. it almost definitely is NOT true. It isn't going to happen. Make sure you are ok with you BASE salary) > Some positions have a bad work life balance - they praise it like it's great but in reality, it isn't including ridiculous hours without overtime compensation, unreasonable travel schedules, etc. > TOXIC work environment Just since the beginning of 2016 they have fired close to 10 people without warning, effective immediately, packed up and taken out. In some cases they even tricked them into these meetings to fire them (i.e. scheduling them with more employees then calling those other employees and telling them not to come), someone was fired after moving across the country with their family (and fired right before Christmas). At first, us employees all wanted to think there had to be something going on we didn't know about - misconduct, conflicts, something ... but after SO many instances in all different parts of the company and a little bit of investigation - turns out that isn't the case. If you learn too much about their unethical business practices, if you ask the wrong questions or express the wrong dissatisfaction, this company is not professional in handling HR situations. They fire anybody and everybody (regardless of how needed you might be to the rest of the team) in turn worsening the workload on the team and making everyone more and more aware of how nonexistent their job security is. Unfortunately, these firings have turned the entire office vibe into a very odd one that I can describe only as toxic. A very large percentage of employees are actively job hunting to leave.
