      Pros

      Get to learn new things. Good platform for knowledge growth (only in certain technology). Get to do hands-on 100%. Have good opportunity to get involve in project testing, and lab-tests.

      Cons

      The level of politics occurs in office is beyond mind blowing. Totally messed up or "rojak management". Instructions will be given A B C, but expectations will X Y Z. What was given in JD, ended up doing a total different scope.
