Pros

Was lured in by the encouraging atmosphere and positive vibe I got from the day I started. They shower you with compliments even when you don't perform well, and the three-interview setup makes you feel valued and like an asset. In reality, after you start questioning it you find out that many of the leaders are not genuine and it's just a tactic to keep you on board and working hard.

Cons

I was under the impression that I'd be working 40 -45 hours with a lunch every day. They told me in the interview that there would be a few hours training in the mornings and then you do field work. Clearly I did not ask enough questions during interviews. On my first day back from the field I was casually informed that I was expected there Saturdays too for "less hours" and sometimes later if you get stuck in the field since your leader in the car was getting a last sale.

Pros

As soon as you step into the office you can feel the energy and enthusiasm of everyone from Administrators to Interns. The company is full of people willing to help you learn and grow as an employee and a person. Regardless of your field of study or experience, this job can teach you valuable skills to better your life. The office does team bonding nights every week and really shows how much the company cares about its employees.

Cons

You will never beat the managers at family feud, they are just too good.

Pros

Please be aware that this is a door to door sales job. No matter what kind of marketing jargon they pull, this is a soliciting job. If you are comfortable with that kind, then this might be a job for you. The team was generally positive, uplifting and close. There were lots of bonding events like bowling, team outing every Thursday and challenges. The staff is young and lively. If you are trying to lose some weight and get a tan, you sure will because you are knocking on doors for 7 hours straight with no brakes.

Cons

This job is absolutely not what is was described in on the description of the website. It should be categorized as false advertising. The work hours are terrible. You would come into the office at 11, have lunch at 12:30 and then from 1-8:30, come back for a team huddle and be lucky to leave at 10. The client is Inspire which is just another scam of a clean energy company. There is no concern for your safety. Once they drop you off at your neighborhood, there is no one with you, no emergency button to press if something happens and really no check-in.
