Management sucks!!! They talk about you in front of other employees and use vulgar language. No professionalism. No training provided to the new hires and then they fire people when they ask for training. Everyone in the company gets panic attacks or has serious mental health problems due to the excessive workload. Management calls you at odd hours always - early morning and late night. Pay is so less but they expect the employees to work non stop and keep sitting in office until late night without any overtime pay. Toxic work culture with no process. The management stops you from speaking in your mother tongue but speaks in his mother tongue with other employees and on phone always. This company treats employees like slaves.I wouldn't even give half a star.

Provide on-time pay on weekly bases

No cons as everything is good
