Pros

Does not have any pros.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for this company. There is no job security. This company called up a developer urgently to complete a project. Imagine the management—how did they not know they needed a dev for a specific role? He worked for two weeks, and then they fired him. He relocated, left a good job for them, and once his task was done, they let him go. All the devs(INTERNS) are depressed here, just wanting to leave but can't because they have been placed already so those poor interns can't sit for another placement. Here, work-life balance is a myth. Working 15–16 hours every day is normal. Don’t be shocked to see people working until 3 AM EVERYDAY. If you think you can handle that, how about also being expected to work on Sundays? Even then, you can’t say you’ll be unavailable because they might fire you. You can’t even go out for a drink with friends without notifying them—if you don’t inform them you’ll be unavailable even for a Sunday, they can take action against you. The company has 70–80% interns, exploiting them to the fullest. And when it’s time to convert to full-time? They’ll kick you out. Also, for the college people who are thinking to join here, hear me out, they will exploit you and then kick you out once its time to become a full-time. And here’s the icing on the cake: One of the leadership figures (I can’t name them—otherwise, this company will pressure AmbitionBox to remove this review, and trust me, they’ve already deleted tons of negative feedback) recently said in a townhall (just 3-4 days ago): "You guys have to work hard so that I can earn more." Let that sink in.

Another important benefit is the opportunity to visit client locations and collaborate with the directly on the ground. Because of this, you get a deeper understanding of client requirements and build stronger professional relationships.
