As you know, unwavering integrity and transparent leadership are two of our core company values, and I’m disappointed that we haven’t lived up to them from your perspective. I want to acknowledge that 2023 was a difficult year for our industry, and, as many financially sound companies announced during these challenging times, we too managed through the downturn responsibly, keeping our teams informed as important decisions were made.
