Pros
Never a problem with a pay check except sometimes at the end of a quarter, Great bonding with co-workers through misery, Walgreens is across the street, during down time you can risk surfing the net, working from home when you don't want to be there (with a good excuse or natural disaster) FREE COFFEE! (so you don't fall asleep during mundane work)
Cons
Everything is outdated and becoming obsolete. The processes and operations are like patching holes in a sinking ship. Upper management makes you feel uncomfortable and not appreciated, no chance of a raise unless you attempt to leave and bargain your position and value (that's only if you get beyond electronic labor status), zero company culture motive from upper management, bland environment, barely any room for advancement, sit at your desk and eat lunch (but hey you get to just work straight 8 hours)
