Pros
First of all, I hate that I have to leave this company because of personal reasons. I completely couldn't control my emotions when I told my manager I have to go. Thank you for everything! I can't ask for more. Also, I want to say special thanks to my leader, he had taught me a lot and care so much about me. He even took me to couple business trips. The week before I left the company, he took me to a business trip to Virginia, but I didn't even have chance to say bye to him before I leave.
It is super great that I had an awesome experience with the people here. I had learned so much that I never expected to. Especially they had shown me what is integrity and how to important it is to give back (e.g.help others). Everyone here are willing to help each other, the managers are always there for us and look for things that could help us in our career and outside the office. Everyone in the office is so hardworking, if you are lazy, this is not a place for you. In addition, the office had shown how they are social responsible, there were events we went out to help for non-profit to raise money to help third-world country children.
If you are looking for a meaningful life and successful career, I will totally suggest you to meet these people. They are more than awesome by all means.
Cons
There is too much things that I have to learn and there isn't enough time for me. Also, things and work can be more systematic organized.
