Pros

--Ideal place for US IT Recruiters to work, This is a proper US Staffing/Recruitment firm and NOT a software development company. --A Good place for Lazy Tech People, You have the Liberty to come and go at your own sweet time a.k.a Flexible work Hours. --Better place for Lazy Tech Managers, You don't have real projects to work on, Mostly Proof Of Concepts, Basic Website redesign based work and maybe some Mobile app work as well. --They say "Many Projects are in the pipeline" every time, Judge on the Basis of Current Projects only. --A Good place to work If you want an Attractive Title against your name, Positions are name sake, The "Lead" today can easily become "Manager" or "AVP" within two years' time as the Real Managers usually Quit that soon, Those that didn't and have stuck long enough, are running this company. ( India Recruitment Head and US Staffing Head ) --Great Young Crowd in general.

Cons

For H1b Visa Holders/Potentials, --Good luck if they Fly you to the US soon, Else expect a waiting period of a few months minimum. --Be prepared for updating your resume with Technologies you haven't worked on and to get blamed for not cracking Interviews for the positions that don't match your profile. -- For Fresh H1b 's, Do Ask for those cases that have been banned from working in the US for bluffing to get in. For Freshers, --Don't get too excited if They roll out an Offer to you, Keep looking for other opportunities, They might keep you in the pipeline for months after rolling out the offer, In some cases you don't even join the domain you were Hired for! For Techies, --No Real Projects to work on, If you think building a website is a project, God Bless you, do join them and Please google "GoDaddy" or "Wordpress". --2 Year Bond for the Technical Guys, By the End of your 6 month Probation period you will realize the Truth that the Bonus at the end isn't worth it. For US IT Recruiters, --You will be "Sharing" Job portals for sourcing resumes, You will end up waiting for the other person to log out and getting used to the "Deal with it." attitude. --Imagine working on State Clients that don't respond quick and the position closes, Closures are few. --No Real Medical Help/ Recreational Room available, Although there is one plastic box with basic meds and the sofa near reception can be used as a Bed if you fall sick in the middle of the night. --Your Incentives will be Delayed, Minimum of 3 months(That is the policy) and in most cases even more, Imagine Asking Repeatedly for something you deserved for a Closure. Don't be surprised if you are paid in a Dollar value less than the Current Market Value (They say they "consider" the "average value" of past few months, see the numbers and do the math.) --Good luck working Night Shifts in a place with No Canteen, No HR in the night, In a Rural location like Mograpada where Loose Cows/Buffalos and Stray Dogs Rule the Area. --No Real Team Building activities, If they say they have "Fun Fridays" do ask How often that Happens and ask for Pictures to see the "Fun" part of it. (Spoiler: Free Samosas on the House) --3 Month notice period. --Appraisals are less, Good luck sticking long enough to get a real appraisal.

Pros

I worked for Infinite for 2 ½ years as their Sales Executive in the U.S. Office. In those 2 ½ years I learned many skills which I think will advance me in my career. While my title was Sales Executive, I was essentially a jack-of-all trades. I wrote proposals in response to public and private RFP’s, ran Infinite’s Social Media accounts, headed the Fun Committee (in-office potlucks, birthday/anniversary announcements), assisted in their Marketing efforts and dabbled as an assistant to the President and the HR Office from time to time. The company is pretty flexible when it comes to your schedule, as long as you’re reasonable with your requests.

Cons

Titles mean nothing at Infinite. I was the Sales Executive, yet did very little in sales at all. There was no training and very little structure. The entire 2 ½ years I was learning as I went and finding things to do on my own, rather than waiting for instructions. There are never performance reviews to go over your work to assist you in improving, and if you want a raise, you have to fight hard for it (harder than you normally have to for any other company, anyway).
