1. Sometimes you have to extend your working hours as there is a dependency of offshore team as they have the access 2. 2 months Bench Policy immediately applicable if you are not in the Project 3. Communication via Higher Order Team Members is frustrating when you ask for any update on New Project, they will not respond But when there is any openings coming immediately at that time only theu will show some activeness
