Pros

US based startup. Has a office space

Cons

- Scam place, look at the reviews and sort by "Most Recent". You will notice that all the positive reviews were put in a span of 20 days. Even the cons from all the recent. reviews are actually "positive". For example: earlier people were complaining about work life balance and one review will speak about how that has improved. Earlier review will contain a thing or two about salary not received on time, recent review will say otherwise. - This place talks about AI, but there's nothing AI. - Management is slow and seems uninterested.

Pros

Starting out, I was relatively new to the field of UX/UI, but after a brief internship, I became a full-time designer. Although I was still a novice, I was given a lot of autonomy in shaping the core product, SherlockAI, and effectively grew my skillset throughout my time as a company.

Cons

To preface, the company had shifted to a new strategy towards building a product rather than being a service a bit before I started, and because of it, some typical growing pains were a part of it. There was. a period where payroll was rather inconsistent, and managing teams was a bit unorganized, but recently, there has been a concerted, and relatively successful effort, in increasing productivity performance, and a lot of the issues that had been a problem have been mostly resolved as of this review. As an international company whose team is largely in India, figuring out how to meet with the right people as a remote employee in the US can be a bit tricky, but once you get a hang of everyone's schedule, it becomes a bit predictable. As a person from the US in both EST and CST time zones, there were times where I'd need to be part of a meeting held either really late at night or really early in the morning, but I was at least notified ahead of time to prepare for the rare occasion when those happened.
