Pros

The ability to work remote is huge and one would think that would help with your work/life balance but it really doesn't. The training is a lot better than it was. They now have recorded webinars available for all parts of implementation. If you want to learn how to do a different job you are free to go through the webinars. Applying for another position internally is available as is moving up. If you are exempt flexing your hours is possible. PTO plan is good, benefits are good and reasonably priced. Most Project Managers are decent, there's always that one in every company of course.

Cons

They assign the workload haphazardly with out regard to the existing projects, size of client, number of employees, etc. This means some have much lower workloads than others. The timeline to get a client on the database is too short to ensure the database, including historical pay history, is complete. It's constant backtracking which is inefficient. Clients are not moved out of implementation timely so you end up doing constant customer service in addition to attempting to focus on new projects.

Pros

Infinisource has no doubt gone through transition and growing pains, but wow- have we turned the corner, and the company is definitely on the rise. The leadership team has instituted a stronger culture of employee engagement and clearly invests in people as our strongest asset. Our executive leadership team is engaging and clearly making hard but positive choices for our growing company. Our customers come first and service levels have made dramatic improvements within the last 12 months. We truly strive to make a differrence for our customers by providing them with an application that makes their lives easier - and teams are working together to make this happen. While no company is perfect, it is exciting to be part of something where the vision is clear and most of us feel like we're making a valuable contribution to that end. I personally have grown in the role that I'm in (for almost 2 years now) and have enjoyed watching others grasp opportunities within the company to promote their own career growth as well.

Cons

We continue to "standardize" processes between the 3 locations - and while we're in a much better place, it does take time to normalize the culture across 3 distinct geographical locations.
