Pros
The company is profitable, mature and at the same time is in a business of cutting edge technology and customers. Working there was a very good experience, as I saw fairness in treatment.
Cons
The only things I disliked about there is a typical aspect of many German companies - decisions are often slow-paced, and there is too much reliance on procedures (as if the fact that ,if a procedure exists, that it should be capable of solving a problem).
