Pros
Good overall benefits (flexi benefits, medical, dental, maternity leave, marriage leave), Flexible working hours (can come in from 8-9 AM, finish work at 5-6PM). Everyone is friendly and most of the time, even strangers from other departments will help you.
Cons
Clear roles & responsibilities for everyone but sometimes, work gets passed around a lot and you'll end up doing a task that is not even relevant to your job scope. Very low salary increment, and very low bonus.
