Pros
Great people in the Americas. Fun atmosphere. Acquired International Rectifier, trying to be more nimble in the US and globally. Large revenue base globally with very diversified and stable business.
Cons
Very large infrastructure with strict process orientation. This leads to slow deliberate decision making and permanent commitments. Infineon is slow to react to new market opportunities and seems to be stuck as a market follower.
