      Pros

      Overall, it is a good company to work with: No politics, good camaraderie between colleagues, work life balance, many training opportunities and good management with future of the company guaranteed. Benefits wise, I would consider normal for a MNC company.

      Cons

      Promotion is slow, it takes quite some time to climb up the career path ladder. Increment is low and lots of meetings and paper works.
