Pros
Really nice people and a good work environment. The positions on offer are interesting when you begin and you learn a lot in your first 6 months. I dont regret working here
Cons
After you've understood how to do your job the learning stops. There's no need for any further advancement was the attitude when I was there. There isn't a lot of scope for big pay increases. Maybe a 2% the odd time and what you go in on will not be a huge base salary to begin with.
