      Low pressure work environment, not demanding (some might see these as pros - I find it infuriating).

      Cons

      Infineon is a low integrity company; management makes promises and then unapologetically fails to keep them. They claim to be a "people company" but act the opposite. They take a long time to make decisions, and rarely act decisively. Communication from Germany to US is poor
