      Great culture and career development plan. Every employee have equal opportunities for career advancement. Alot of high tech tools & equipment,coupled with experience coworker. Knowledge sharing platform and improvement awareness.

      Cons

      Work in an environment constantly expose to potential chemical/gas leak which may be a bit dangerous/stressful despite alot of safety measure enforced.
