Sort of flexible(although the working hours are 9 hours per day which they track , so barely any flexibility)
Most employees are nice and supportive
Cons
The founder can scold you in front of everyone else like a school teacher which is causing high attrition rate among employees.
Unusually overpowered NDA and Offer letter terms. Although not sure if they are enforced.
