Micro-management. Strict working hours. Productivity is measured with logged in time and not actual work.
No Extra Benefits, No Perks/Bonus, No Events, Only Salary that too comes on 10th of the month or sometimes later.
Partiality and Favouritism is practiced openly.
Tenured hardworking employees are not valued.
