Pros

– Non-toxic culture! – Amazing, smart, helpful people – Amazing opportunities for mentorship and going beyond your comfort zone, expands horizons very much! – Managers open for feedback – Feeling of one big team oriented towards common goal – Feedback culture – Layoffs with human touch

Cons

– Mental capacity used to the max, at least 4 days a week – No easy topics, everything has 3-4 extra dependencies to legacy and long-forgotten artifacts (code, design, ...) – Teams could be better organized, esp. that cross-team collaborations require volunteer facilitators and owners (there are no official ones and nobody wants to take extra responsibility - understandable) – Undocumented, legacy solutions that only a few people have knowledge of. Changing anything means meticulous "archaeology" and asking around time and again – Flakiness in terms of job security – Overhiring (esp. of managers) – At times hasty decisions of medium to large impact

Pros

It has been a wonderful experience working at Inferemedica for the last 9 months. My team members and colleagues are approachable and informative. As a newcomer to the healthcare industry, I have felt comfortable asking any and all questions regarding where we sit in the market and how I can improve in my role.

Cons

It would be great to have more cross-collaboration between teams. I know we have a wealth of talented individuals and it's always great to pull from their experience and expertise to make myself a better employee.

Pros

It feels good to be a part of a company whose solutions will make a huge difference in people's lives, their healthcare options, and overall quality of life. The people at Infermedica are genuinely interested in providing the highest quality products and services to clients. And the leadership at Infermedica truly supports the team's day-to-day work, as well as provides opportunities and guidance for career growth.

Cons

As a U.S. employee, there are some challenges working remotely and having a 6-hour time difference among many team members, but this is a challenge facing most global companies. Also, with a small but growing U.S. team, the benefits package is still evolving, but I know the leadership team is listening and I am satisfied with the direction and looking forward to the future.
