Pros
1) the company promotes and facilitates remote work, provides all tools (equipment, online platforms, paid subscriptions) necessary for asynchronous communication, gaining domain knowledge, presenting outcomes in desirable ways etc. 2) the job ideal for healthcare professionals who want to remain connected to medicine, but need to change their perspective (e.g. are tired of/not fully satisfied with clinical work 3) work in a diverse group of young, open-minded people who respect themselves, the time they devote to each other and have a high personal and work culture 4) it feels that the company is well organized - communicates transparently and frequently about significant events at company, team and project levels, there was no room for chaos but also no room for excessive exploitation of an employee - maintaining work-life balance was easier here than anywhere else 5) zero tolerance for mobbing, racial or gender-based violence 6) payments were always transparent and on time
Cons
1) the company operates in a highly competitive environment and industry that currently experiences a high level of uncertainty due to the entry of generative AI and some kind of market saturation, what makes its long-term perspective uncertain 2) it will not be a good option for those who need frequent and personal interactions (remote-first company)
