Pros
Most mangers allow you to do your work without standing over you. Pretty much left alone. Health benefits are good and the people get along. It's a light work atmosphere.
Cons
Five years of salary freeze!!!!! Those who are younger are leaving. If, they were so valued, while not offer them a higher salary? Managers don't value their employees. Upper management does not appear to understand the pain people are going through. We are owned by an investment company.
