They don't approve time off.They only give raises to the boss man's son and his friends or family of some kind .There is no moving up unless you're the boss man's son ,which by the way is the only one to be moved up in the past few years. They lie all the time to the workers .The work is always up and down more then it should be.The boss make workers do substandard work so the jobs will get done early so they can get bonuses. JUST A BAD PLACE TO WORK AND DO BUSINESS.
