Private equity run company - sales rep Infab Employee Review

This company’s culture is toxic. Private equity took over this company and put in a failed pharmaceutical rep to run the sales team. Doesn’t know Med device, doesn’t understand what the reps are doing in the field. This coupled with the fact that the CEO is a finance guy who only shows his face when they are announcing they are suing somebody from the past regime. This should be a huge red flag if you are in sales. No support from upper management management. Customer service team is terrible. Production has become inconsistent. They wrong people are running this company.
