The terms in the contract obligate you to stay a minimum of 2 years in the company, or else you have to pay the trainings you received. (Spoiler alert, you receive no trainings) They offer minimum wage, minimum vacation days Not feeling like your ideas are listened to Overworked Frowned upon if you take days off or leave in time Overall very poor management
