Pros

The team was great! This company HAD such a amazing team who dedicated years to the success of the company. The product had so much promise.

Cons

The workload was pretty overwhelming — most people were doing the job of 2 to 3. Senior leadership was basically nonexistent because people kept quitting, which said a lot about how things were run at the top. Raises were tough to come by, even though it seemed like there was always money for everything else. It just didn’t feel like people were really valued given how much those same people put into the company.

Pros

Forward-thinking leadership with a clear vision for innovation. Exciting opportunities to work on impactful projects. A supportive and collaborative team environment. Flexibility in work arrangements, allowing for better work-life balance. A great place to take ownership and grow professionally.

Cons

As a growing startup, resources can be limited at times. Rapid changes mean adaptability is key. Some processes are still evolving as the company scales.

Pros

The company is growing, the product is seeing real traction and it's been one heck of a fun ride. With growth comes with some challenges (see cons) but I believe in the team, and in our leadership to meet those challenges head on. The company is healthy and well funded. And while some jerk may have some personal beef with our CEO and continues to create new accounts to leave snarky and untrue comments about the company under the safety of anonymity - As a one of the company's leaders - I, Jason Luna, Director of Product & Design believe in our mission, our vision and our ability to deliver a stunning product to our customers. So I take personal offense to anyone who feels the need to bash the company, its team, and our mission. Everyone at Tispr is working hard, every single day - no one is held hostage - and if anyone has been unhappy, the ENTIRE team works together to make sure we're doing everything we can to to make sure that EVERYONE feels valued, safe, and secure in their roles.

Cons

Growth comes with challenges - we can't hire fast enough. With growth comes stumbles - which we learn from every single day.
